Sana Khaliq is a Senior Vice President and Director of Operations. Sana Khaliq is heavily involved in overseeing the origination process of CCI and plays an integral role in due diligence, structuring, underwriting, and managing each transaction.
Prior to joining CCI, Sana was a Senior Commercial Real Estate Officer for Popular Bank. She comes with a proven track record of 11 years in the industry. Specializing in construction, land, and bridge loans, she has successfully managed diverse portfolios, negotiated complex transactions, and cultivated strong relationships with clients.
